About the Pre-Order Services
Types, Steps and Processes Involved
In order to make our services simple, we took a step to introduce the Pre-Order System in January 2014 where customers will have the chance to select their own products from our website and social media Pages as well as sending in their private request for sourcing. Further steps such as order payment for their selected product and other charges were introduced.
Today Yshop’s PRE-ORDER customer base has increased to 5000 to 10000 members. Due to this a lot of terms and conditions, mode of service and operation were needed to be employed.

Shipping and Duty Fees Included Method
In this method, products are giving to customers in single price which contains all charges in a single value. For instance, If the bed frame as product is giving to a customer at a cost of Ghc3000.00 the customer just pays that with no extra charges upon goods arrival or pickup.
Shipping and Duty Fees Excluded Method
With this method our product posting and adverts team allows customers to take time in gathering funds for shipping and duty fees payment upon goods arrival. In any case, the customer will have to pay such fees based on current currency rates giving by the custom authorities.
PRE-ORDER PROCESS
1. Product Posting
This particular step happens to be the first face of every import term or goods batch which starts from the 5th to 25th of the first month to which a particular batch is related.
2. Order Placement
Customers can place orders through our website, WhatsApp, or phone. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by our company and full payment.
3. Payment
Customers are required to make payment in full prior to shipment of goods. Payment can be made through various methods such as mobile money, bank transfer etc
4. Closing of Orders
Orders are closed on the 25th of the month related to beginning of every import term. All outstanding orders are cancelled within 24 to 48hrs after closure.
5. Receipt Distribution
We stand to give out purchase receipts to customers who has orders with us in a particular import term. The receipts are sent to customers according to orders.
6. Order Processing
Once an order is received, our team will process the order, verify product availability, and calculate delivery times based on the imports mode the customer chooses.
7. Shipping and Logistics
We will ship goods through our shipping lines and forwarders. Customers will be provided with tracking information as shipments takes 30 to 40 days to arrive at the port from day of shipment.
8. Customs Clearance:
Our team will work with customs authorities to ensure that all necessary permits, and documentation are in place for the clearance of goods which takes 5 to 10days
9. Delivery:
Customers will receive their goods at the designated delivery address within the estimated delivery time frame. Any delays or issues with delivery will be communicated to the customer promptly.
10. Customer Support:
Our customer support team is available to assist customers with any inquiries, issues, or concerns they may have regarding their orders. Customers can reach out to our team via phone, email etc.
11. Customers Feedback
